How to Participate
The ASB website affords visitors the opportunity to participate at any level they like. Visitors are welcome to look through journal entries, photographs and videos without obligation.
At the same time, Adoption StoryBoard welcomes, encourages, and appreciates comments from visitors. This is particularly relevant to the photo library.
The photo library contains thousands of photographic images of people, places and events that ACI has been involved with since its inception in September of 1988. We know the context of many of the images and we know many of the people in the photographs however, we are hoping that visitors to this site will help us to fill in the blanks.
In the video library Adoption StoryBoard is posting all the videos created by Adoption Center of Illinois in its Adoption Story Board Project. These videos include unscripted comments by individuals and couples whose lives have been touched by adoption.
Visitors are welcome to watch these videos submit comments.
Any individual who has a video they would like have posted on the website, should contact the ASB coordinator to make arrangements.
If you would like participate in a video interview contact the ASB coordinator.
The adoption journal is a platform for a rich mix of creative stories and submissions relating to adoption. After looking at some of the journal entries, if you our someone you know would like to submit content, in any form, please contact the ASB coordinator.
I’d like to take an active role in helping develop and maintain this site
