Dear Expectant Parent,
Firstly, we’d like to express our sincerest support for you. We can’t fathom the difficulties you’re facing as you consider your path, and we hope whichever route you take brings you peace and comfort. We are grateful to you for taking the time to read our profile.
We met in Washington while working for the same company in 2017 and became fast friends before entering a relationship at the beginning of 2020. We moved in together after just four months to make things easier during the height of COVID, and we joke that if we could survive the stay-at-home orders together that early on, we can survive anything. Marriage followed at the end of 2021.
In 2023, we moved to Illinois, just minutes from where Anthony grew up, to be closer to friends and family. It was a fantastic choice, and we’ve enjoyed spending every moment we can with them. Our holidays have become much brighter with others around, and we love the hustle and bustle of summer barbecues and pool parties.
Our house is never a boring place. Our five rescue animals (three cats, two dogs) keep us on our toes, whether through keeping us active or demanding cuddles when we’re reading or playing games.
Any child in our home will be loved beyond measure and will be given the opportunity to grow and pursue their dreams. Our family is no stranger to adoption (Anthony’s father was adopted), and we assure you that for us, family is family, no matter how it came to be.
We’re always open to answering questions and hope this glimpse into our lives helps you along your journey.
– Natasha & Anthony
