Virtual Adoptive Parent Support Group

Adoptive parents are invited to Adoption Center of Illinois’ support group. This group meets virtually on Zoom.  This virtual support group offers a space for adoptive parents to connect with others, share about their experiences, ask questions, gain tools, and discuss various topics related to the adoptive parent experience. The group is facilitated by ACI’s therapist, Claire Dixon, LCSW.

Who: Any adoptive parent, at any stage, is welcome (you don’t have to be connected to ACI to attend)

When: Third Wednesdays of the month from 7-8:30pm, starting in April 2025.   Joining multiple sessions is encouraged!

Cost: $50/session. Instructions for payment will be provided upon sign-up.  *If the cost is a barrier to participation please reach out to Claire.
